A glimpse into my life on the north shore
I was born and raised on the north shore of Massachusetts, in Newburyport. I've never moved far from home, except for a winter in Charleston. New England is my home.
Hi, I'm Sally
I'm 27 and somewhere in the thick of a quarter life crisis. I spent this year getting to know myself, and I assumed that meant uprooting everything and moving somewhere new. It was the opposite. Not somewhere new and shiny, but back at my roots. You are the same person no matter where you land, and the community here gave me the space to figure that out. I have a life I want to come home to, not one I want to run away from.
I've always been creative, and I've always loved curating things for other people. I spent a long time pushing that down. I'm done doing that. Stability is the thing that gives you freedom, and this is what I'm doing with mine: travel guides, a map of my favorite places, and a letter to you when I have one.
I've tried everything from travel to wellness to HIIT to meal planning. Each one worked until I asked it to be everything. I'm not a guru and I don't have a five step method for your life. I'm a peer, figuring it out in real time, and sharing the parts that are actually true instead of only the ones that photograph well.
The rest of me, in no particular order: I went to Northeastern, I work in healthcare thought leadership by day, and I rode equestrian through college. I love farmers markets, long rides down 1a, coffee I'm definitely too snobby about, ice cream I will never once turn down, and adventures with my Frenchie, Louie. I care a lot about how things look and feel, and I'm so glad you're here to see it.
